I'm Back!
Sorry for such a long stretch of nothingness! I have been very preoccupied! I read the entire Twilight series this week ending last night (well, early this morning) with Breaking Dawn, the fourth and final book. Talk about being overly obsessed about something! I loved this story about Edward and Bella, and Jacob (the other "man"). A love story about vampires and werewolves, and of course- humans- usually not my thing, but I really fell in love with the books! I seriously could not sleep or eat at all this week. All I wanted to to was read! So now I am in the "how could the books be over" stage, wondering what to do with myself. I think I'll read them again...
My new camera even came this week and I am just now getting around to opening it!
Isnt it a beauty? So excited about it! I havent even used it yet! I think my parents will be glad to get their camera back-it was a loaner since Bob took mine to Russia. Speaking of Bob, he will be back tonight! The kids are so excited! Next week they will be visiting their Grammy in Va Beach.
I have a lot to catch up on. Salsa and pickles to can, cleaning up the house, trimming the yard. It is a gorgeous day so I am pretty psyched to get outside. I also have some detoxifiers to hunt for on the Internet. I'll let you know their story later. Hope everyone has a great day!

At the primary party yesterday, Maggie tried on a silly hat and really wanted to keep it to show daddy when he got home. They are so excited!
What a cool background! You pics are always cool too!
Now I HAVE to read that book. All I've heard is good things.
AND your new fashion accessory is a beauty!!! I can't wait to see what photos you come up with.
I have a question: how did you get the shot of the camera? Even with a mirror, the picture usually is one of the lens face-on. And with multiple mirrors, you must be a genius at trigonometry to get the angles all lined up right. It's a nice shot. Nikon is a super-great brand, although I've never been able to afford one so I can't speak from experience. Congrats.
I used my Cannon to take a picture of my Nikon. No- I am NOT a trig genius! The idea of it is comical!
I love my Nikon!
Oh- I got a great deal on the camera- otherwise I wouldnt be able to afford it either!
